A Boston resident since 1992, Gem Mutlu was born in Istanbul, Turkey, where he received a bilingual education. Later he went on to earn a degree in Business Administration at Bosphorus University. While in college, Gem taught himself Spanish and simultaneously obtained a state-issued license as an interpreter and tour manager. After graduating, he worked in tourism leading countless tours in Turkey before coming to Boston to study contemporary music at Berklee College of Music. Consequently, he performed as a singer and percussionist for over a decade as part of the core ensemble of the Boston-based Dunya Organization, touring and recording with the same.
Today, in addition to his deep passion for music, Gem enjoys a successful career in real estate, one that chose him in 1999. Since then he has helped hundreds of clients achieve their home and life goals with a unique, holistic approach to client care. In 2019, industry leaders REAL Trends and Tom Ferry Inc. recognized Gem among the top 1% of real estate professionals in the United States. He specializes in residential sales, global portfolio management and quality property investments. He is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, GBAR, MAR and NAR. Gem is currently serving on the advisory board of DunyaInc.Org, the event organizing committee of HomeStart.Org and the board of trustees of the Ellis Memorial School. He is fluent in Spanish and Turkish, with conversational skills in Portuguese and Italian. He loves independent cinema, extra-dirty martinis, incessant travel and cat videos.”

Kayla Prange comes to The Mutlu Group after starting successfully in real estate in 2020. She is passionate about helping people from beginning to end of a transaction and really thrives in fast paced environments, such as the Boston area market. She loves being client facing and uses her past experience as a small business owner and a classroom teacher to make the most of every challenge and opportunity working in the real estate world.
Kayla is a life-long resident of Massachusetts, having lived all over the state, which brings a lot of knowledge about niche markets from North shore to South shore and beyond. Kayla graduated from University of Massachusetts - Amherst with a degree in Spanish Language and Education. She speaks English, Spanish and dabbles in Italian and Portuguese for fun.
Jerry Martin
Jerry Martin brings years of experience in real estate. His strong work ethic, personability and market knowledge has allowed him to conquer challenges one considered younger in this business may face.
A lifetime resident of Braintree, MA, Jerry grew up around the markets he specializes in. Upon graduating from the University of New Hampshire in 2019, Jerry dove right into the real estate industry.
Jerry has a passion for helping people. He takes the time to focus on meeting and achieving his clients needs. From sellers, to buyers, investors, renters, professional athletes and all in between, Jerry has helped every and anyone. He wakes up every day driven to continue this.

Benjamin Manthei
Benjamin Manthei has been a Boston resident for over 15 years and in the Real Estate industry since 2019. Prior to joining The Mutlu Group Team, Benjamin was an agent at Engel & Völkers Boston, which is where he was able to develop his knowledge and experience working extensively with buyers and sellers. Joining TMG was his natural next step toward harnessing and using his
skills to better serve our clients. As a growing advisor he has assisted clients at all price points across the Commonwealth.
Prior to joining the Real Estate Industry Benjamin attended Massachusetts College of Art & Design as well as the Fashion Institute of Technology receiving an education in fashion design. He spent the years after design school working closely with private clients creating custom clothing. Benjamin’s experience working with private clients is what led him to realize he had a true passion helping people with the most important project of their life, finding their dream home.
Benjamin is passionate about life and living it to the fullest. He enjoys walking his French Bull dog on Revere Beach or around his
neighborhood in Chelsea, MA. He is an avid down mountain skier and also enjoys other winter weather sports.

Vanessa Iten
As an Operations Coordinator, Vanessa executes all aspects of buyer and seller transactions. Prior to joining the team she spent time learning and coaching in an emotional intelligence leadership program. Throughout her journey she has learned the importance of trust, self acceptance and the importance of relationships. She studied at Salve Regina University, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters of Business degree. Vanessa enjoys yoga, reading, self growth and consistently leveling up in every aspect of
her life.

Lidya Ozcelik
Since the age of two, Lidya has found herself moving back and forth between countries. During these significant moves, she quickly came to understand the importance of adaptability, support and love. She finds the same qualities in The Mutlu Group.
Prior to joining the team, she was a broker’s assistant at BRS Brokers and a financial advising intern at Northwestern Mutual. Three months ago, right after graduating from Fordham University with a BS in Psychology and BA in Art History, she joined The Mutlu Group hoping to become an agent and help all find their pride, their euphoria, their home. She is ecstatic to meet and watch clients reach a true sense of happiness!
