GEM MUTLU

A Boston resident since 1992, Gem Mutlu was born in Istanbul, Turkey. He attended Robert College, the first bilingual American school outside the United States, and later went on to earning a degree in Business Administration from Bosphorus University. In 1992, he moved to Boston to study percussion and voice at Berklee College of Music. He is a founding member of the Dunya Ensemble, a local non-profit organization committed to promoting intercultural events. Gem is also a committed contributor to HomeStart and Y2Y, organizations dedicated to helping homeless clients. Gem started his real estate journey in 1999, and has been a top producing REALTOR® since.

 

He comes from a family with three generations in the service industry, and he brings this collective experience to his career in real estate. With his extensive knowledge of the marketplace, he is an expert in strategic pricing, effective marketing and skilled negotiation. He has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve their goals in all aspects of real estate internationally. He specializes in residential sales and quality property investments.

 

In addition to music, Gem has a special love of languages. He speaks Turkish, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. In his spare time he enjoys being in nature, independent cinema, contemporary jazz, classical and popular music, as well as books and travel. Gem is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and is awarded the Million Dollar Guild from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
