When I sold my place to relocate to London, it was listed and shown to real estate agents on Friday, had a two hour open house on Sunday, got three bids. Gem accepted best and final offers on Monday, and it was sold, way above our asking price! He helped me stage it and price it perfectly to attract the right buyers.
